Troubleshooting

Issue:

Users are receiving this error message "Unable to submit form error. Please try again." when attempting to submit online form.

Mobile Platform: IOS

The Fix:

IOS users will to need to go to settings>safari>advanced>website data>select "Remove all website data." Refresh the web browser and try again.

It problems persist on non-safari web browsers (Chrome,Firefox, etc), user can try deleting and redownloading the web browser app.
