Must be at least 21 years or older.

Must have a valid Illinois driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years if under the age of 25. Minimum of 1 year if 25 years and older.

-Must have an eligible vehicle no older than 10 years from present day.

-Must have valid vehicle registration.

-Must pass a certified vehicle inspection form. Download (Vehicle Inspection Form)

-Must have valid vehicle insurance. Rideshare insurance may be required by your insurance company.

Must have a clean driving record and pass Local and National Criminal Background screening. Please note: Background Checks will only be processed "after" a candidate has been interviewed by our management.

Must be a resident of Bloomington-Normal Illinois for a minimum of 2 years before consideration.

Must be available for an interview with management.

Neighborly Rideshare WILL NOT permit any individual access on its digital platform (app and or website). No individual be allowed to operate as a Neighborly Rideshare driver if they fall under any of the following:

-Has had more than three moving violations in the prior three-year period, or one major violation in the prior three-year period (including, but not limited to, attempting to evade the police, reckless driving, or driving on a suspended or revoked license.)

-Has been convicted, within the past seven years, of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or who has been convicted at any time of fraud, sexual offenses, use of a motor vehicle to commit a felony, a crime involving property damage, and/or theft, acts of violence or acts of terror.

-Is a match in the National Sex Offender Registry database or is a sex offender.

-Does not possess a valid driver's license.

-Does not possess proof of registration for the motor vehicle(s) used to provide Neighborly Rideshare Services.

-Does not possess proof of automobile liability insurance for the motor vehicle(s) used to provide Neighborly Rideshare Services.

-Is not at least 21 years of age
