Online Booking
Please follow the instruction below.

Fill out the “Ride Details” form below. Once completed, select the Submit Button and WAIT! You will automatically get re-directed to Square Bookings to complete your request.

Select the“Rideshare Standard” service, then select your desired appointment date and time. You wll also have the ability to Sign-In to your existing Square account or Sign-up for a new account. Submit your request.

What Happens Next?

You will receive an appointment confirmation text message from Square Appointments if your request has been “Accepted”. You can now review your appointment details as well as reschedule or cancel your appointment via Square by clicking the link within the message. As an alternate, you can also manage your appointment by just simply texting us your appointment request at our official support number at 833-442-2863 (SAVE THIS NUMBER).
Please Note: Square Appointments will send your confirmations from this number( 833-239-6746 ). Please DO NOT SAVE THIS NUMBER.

Advanced Booking
You will receieve an appointment reminder message from Square 1 hour prior to your pick up time. You will also receive a dispatch text message with arrival details, driver info, and security details typically 10 to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick up time.
Last Minute Booking
You will receieve an appointment confirmation message from Square immediately after your request has been accepted. Since this is a last minute, the dispatch text will be sent once the driver is en route to your location.

You have exactly (3) minutes after the dispatch to cancel your ride without receiving a fee.

Because we are an appointment based service, our drivers can sometimes experience delays when en route in between appointments. Per procedure, our drivers will message you if they run into any unexpected delays and will provide an updated ETA. Also, per our terms and conditions, Neighborly Rideshare drivers are allotted a 10 minute grace period to arrive after your appointment pickup time, with communication to the customer. Extreme delays without communication are rare and highly unlikely.

When your driver arrives, they will send you an”Arrival” message. This message will only be sent at your schedule appointment time for record accuracy. This will initiate your free 3 minutes of wait-time. Once your free 3 minutes have elapsed, you will receive a new message that a fee of $0.60 cents is now being charged per minute up to 5 minutes. If 8 minutes has elapsed with no contact from the customer, the driver will send a No Show Cancellation message, and will leave the pick up location.

If you haven’t received a dispatched message at least 15 minutes prior to appointment time nor an appointment reminder from Square appointments, and it is 5 minutes past your appointment time, please call or message into our support line at 833-443-2863 immediately.
