Once the form has been submitted, our customer service team will review your submission, and notify you with the results.

What Happens Next?

We will create a customer profile for you and pre-book your weekly premium appointments.

We will send you an explanation on why your premium request was denied. Please Note: Just because a request is denied, doesn’t mean you cannot utilize our other services. A request denial just means your schedule conflicts with another scheduled time-slot or driver availability.

If there is a discrepancy with the requested days and times, but a possible workaround, we will reach out to you directly to talk about alternate options.
